Floral motifs at the bodice and waistline distribute across the stretch Mikado surface with enough density to read as a pattern from distance, then as individual design elements up close.
The mermaid silhouette flares below the hip into a train that extends the gown's formal register beyond the hem. Stretch Mikado ensures the fitted section through the body holds precisely across the silhouette's most demanding part without restricting movement once the flare begins.
