Description

Taffeta at ballgown volume behaves in ways other fabrics cannot replicate. The 261P6172 uses the material's structure to build layered high-low ruffles that hold their shape through movement rather than collapsing under it, the skirt maintaining its cascade from the ruched bodice down through the 46-inch back hem. Spaghetti straps and a soft V-neckline keep the upper half minimal so the skirt volume reads without competition above the waist.
A front slit opens through the high-low construction and allows movement that the layered ruffle volume would otherwise restrict. Orchid and Black represent opposite ends of the colorway logic: Orchid makes the taffeta's structure its most theatrical, the color amplifying the skirt's dimensional quality, while Black grounds the ballgown silhouette in something that reads as formal rather than festive. Center-back zipper with hook-and-eye closure, sizes 0 to 24.
