General Return Policy

 

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 3 business days from the date you have received your item (s) to initiate a return. We will provide you a STORE CREDIT as long as the garment still contains our return tag and is in new condition. Credits are processed for the original cost of the merchandise plus tax—initial shipping and handling fees will not be refunded.

Again, NO REFUNDS will be issued, only EXCHANGES. If an item is returned in unacceptable condition, we will send it back to you and NO CREDIT will be issued.

Please note all SALE items are FINAL SALE and non-returnable.  You will be responsible for covering freight/handling cost back to our facility after obtaining your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

To request your Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) please email shopidresscute@gmail.com along with your order number and the reason of the return. Once you receive your RMA number, send your return items back using insured UPS or FedEx.

 

Processing Time and Shipping Destinations

Please note that orders that are placed from Monday-Friday PST time will process same day. Stock items will ship within 2 business to your destination. Pre-order items will ship 3 business days from the preorder delivery date stated on the site.

Domestic Orders will take 3-5 business days upon the items being in stock. All international orders will take 5-10 business days depending on your country.

Sizing

 

Before making your purchase, we strongly urge you to refer to our size chart prior to our size chart below. We always recommend choosing one size up should you have any doubt choosing your size; therefore, you can make an alteration.

Order Cancellation for Stock Items

If you have already placed an order and wish to cancel, you will be charged a 15% cancellation fee and issued refund. If your order has already shipped, you will be responsible for accepting your package and following our return policy as it is considered an original purchase.

Damages and Shipment Refusals

I Dress Cute inspects all our garments prior to shipping. For any reason if you feel you have received your garment with a damage of defect you must email us within 24 hours after you receive your delivery. Any refusal of your shipment will incur a 25% penalty and issued a store credit.

International Shipping Policy 

For our international consumers, please note shipping, taxes, or duties are the responsibility of the consumer and are non-creditable upon return. For international consumers  we will not reimburse return shipping charges or any taxes/duties if any. Idresscute is not liable for any merchandise loss due to international shipment along with customs.

Items not eligible for returns:

 

·       Personalized and dyed items

·       Final sale items

·       Items with any tags removed

How to Return an Online Purchase by Mail

 

Items must be returned within 3 days of receipt.

·       Step 1: Obtain your RMA

Initiate your return (RMA) within 3 days of receiving your order
Go to Order Status and enter your order number and email. You can find your order number in your confirmation email. Email shopidresscute@gmail.com with your order number and the reason of the return. We will review your request and provide a RA number

·       Step 2: Pack it up

Please have your RA # printed/ handwritten on the outside of your box. Any package without RA number will be subject to a 50% restocking fee. Your RMA expires 14 days after the date it was created, so be sure we receive your return within that time frame.

·       Step 3: Send it off

Once your return is properly packaged, take the package to any shipping carrier and you must be insured by the shipping carrier and sent “signature required”. Shipping will be covered at your cost, and we are not responsible for refunding any lost merchandise during transit if the shipment is not insured. Your return must be shipped with verifiable tracking via UPS, FEDEX, or DHL. Returns shipped by USPS will not be accepted.

                      ·       Refund Processing

Upon arrival, we will inspect and process your return within 14 days. You will receive a confirmation via email when your return has been processed.
