Description

A fold-over bodice gives the 232E1237 its most distinctive feature before any embellishment is added, and mikado fabric holds that fold with a crispness that softer materials cannot replicate. Beadwork and floral embroidery layer onto that structured base, while an asymmetrical V-neckline and a single cap sleeve keep the top half of the gown visually uneven in a way that reads as intentional rather than accidental. A partially open back adds a further break in the otherwise fitted bodice.

The mermaid silhouette continues that fitted line down through the hip, and a thigh-high slit gives the narrow skirt room to move. In Light Rose or Navy, mikado’s slight stiffness gives either color a more sculptural finish than a fluid fabric would produce. Sized 0 through 24 for prom and formal events.
