Description

The Terani Couture 231P0061 takes matte satin through a range of construction techniques that give a single-fabric gown considerable variety in surface and silhouette. An off-shoulder corset bodice structures the top, the boning and ruched detailing working together to shape the torso before the fitted skirt continues the line downward. A dramatic slit and a sweep train complete the silhouette, giving the lower half of the gown two separate identities depending on how the wearer moves.

Emerald in matte satin carries a depth and richness that glossy fabrics in the same hue would not reach. The matte surface allows the ruching to cast its own shadows, giving the texture a dimensionality that reads clearly in person and photographs with weight and presence.
